Is it possible to swap a 6v6 for an El 34

How about an EL 84 for an EL 34

If so, which is the least difficult swap?

Generally you can't switch a 6v6 and an EL34. You'd have to re-bias your amp, which will make it sound like s***.

-Gibson LP VM
-Silvertone Kentucky Blue
-MXR CC Delay
-Ibanez TS-9
-Egnater Rebel 20
-Avatar 1x12

My rig is simple
Haha. UG's Chuck just said chuck. haha
You're not truly playing guitar unless you know theory.

Rebiasing your amp doesn't make it sound like sh!t.

I'm pretty sure that EL34s draw more current than 6v6s so you couldn't put 34s in a 6v6 amp, but you might be able to put 6v6s in a 34 amp. The pint out would have to be the same, which I'm not sure it is.

You swap el34s for 84s with a set of thd yellow jacket adapters, but you can't swap el84s for an octal tube since they have nine pins.

Also, you'd probably be better off asking this in the tube thread.
I don't give a shit if you listen to me or not

Does anyone know where I can find a non-master volume, 5 watt combo OR head that has El34's?

I have searched high and low and can't find stuff other than expensive boutique amps.

No, I can supply you with plenty of EL84 5w heads though
