hey folks.

this second hand guitar shop in my town has a jackson dinky for under £300 (not sure exact figure). im not sure what model it was but it had emg pickups (i think emg hz if they exist) and i think it also had a floyed.

does this sound like a good deal. id test it fist obviously.

also wha would be a better dyou think out of this and an ibanez rg?

i mostly play megadeth, metallica and trivium.

jackson favour the hz but they do some models with their active range primarily 81/85 if it has the actives then yes that is a good deal if they are the passives then it is not so much a good deal

some good pickups hmm... what style of music do you play? and what sound are you going for? Jackson necks are thicket than wizard necks, but still thin "shredder" type necks... I prefer my soloist's neck over any wizard neck i've ever played

The neck on the Dinky is very nice and thin. It is also very smooth. You will not regret the purchase.
