If you are in a pitch black room with a mirror and you are using night vision, would you be able to see your reflection in the mirror?

It got me wondering while I was playing Splinter Cell today.

if there is absolutly no light in the room, and it is completely sealed, then no, you will see nothing but the pure green noise of the nightvision device.
