Hey everyone I've never posted any of my writing before so here is goes.

Ephemeral Beauty

- Ephemeral in its nature
Outstanding in knowledge
A soothsayer of what is to come
New prophecy is all but one

Nostalgic of the past
Fearing the future

A fine line of consequence
Is set out for what we have done
Correction is few to none

The answer will lurk in your mind
But few are to admit what is true
Seek a healthy vengeance, of meaningful protection

A superior connection with what really matters.
Time before complexity…….. (clean vocals for here on)

Destroying complexities
A civilized breakdown of the mind

Rearranging simplicities

Hospitable roots of your manner
Chisel and hammer
To secede pointless banter
Beyond the confounds of your conscious state

Rearranging simplicities

Welcoming confusion
To a simple transition
Of what we do not know

Knowledge is a crime to be broken by instincts.

You see but do not understand.
The action under your hand, is the noose that hangs the world.

EDIT: This is Actually POWER O BAUER's thread. He just happen to make it when I was logged into his computer. So all credit goes to him.

I dunno. Not really my thing, a bit to abstract to have a solid theme, and a bit too stagnant to have a story of some sort.

It reminds me of a lot of Cynic's lyrics, don't know if that's good for you or not.

I think that's a good thing.

Yeah man a lot of stream of consciousness went into this one, the main focus of the lyric is briefly
revealed in the last couple lines. And yes haha, I have been listening to a lot of cynic lately.
