Its a Spider III 2x12, 150watts, still in very good condition. What do you think you I could get for it?

Also, what would be a good amp to get for A7X-style of music?

You can expect to have to pay about $20 to take it off your hands.

20% Less than retail if you sell to an idiot.
You have to pay 50 bucks for an experienced guitarist to take it.

My friend wants to buy it and likes the tone (Don't ask I don't get it either) What would be a decent price for someone who actually WANTS it? BTW I'm canadian it was like $650 here.

If it's $650, sell it for like $550.

Sell it just under the retail price of stores on ebay or craigslist. People would rather pay 300 for a good condition one than 450 for a brand new one :P

On ebay I've seen them go for about 40% of the street price.

If they're a noob ... definitely take advantage of that and sell it for as high as you can but if it is your friend... No. Deception is the only way. Deceive him my friend....

As your friend can only get 100$ for his amp which sells new for more than yours does gives you an idea of your amps value. If he is actually a friend then deceiving him to get more money for your amp isnt a good way to stay friends.
