The singing could use some work, but it sounds like you have the potential in your voice to do it perfect.

I would bring up the guitar slightly in the mix, but thats just me.

Other than that, I like the tone of the guitar and the solo acoustic arrangement is pretty nice.

ya for some reason i cant use 2 channels for audacity. and play guitar in 1 and sing for the other. So i have to mic the whole thing. So my voice is louder and i cant hear my guitar hehe. I need help setting it up right

with the mic problem, just move it closer to your guitar, or try messing with the angles. if it's anything but a studio quality mic, the angle the sound is coming from makes a huge difference in the mix.
