I'm sure you can, but it won't look as good cause the tuner heads won't be lined up on each side, and your high "e" side will have to screw a new hole into your headstock, for those 3 tuning keys

Why don't you find good 3x3 tuning keys? I'm sure you can find those exact ones you found, but for a 3x3 headstock

EVEN IF YOU BUY 3 x 3 TUNING HEADS YOU STILL MAY HAVE TO DRILL SOME SMALL HOLES FOR THE GUIDE PINS

UNLESS YOU BUY THE PROPER ONES THAT ARE SUITED FOR YOUR GUITAR AND ACTUALLY THAT BRINGS ME TO THE NEXT QUESTION WHY DO YOU WANT TO REPLACE YOUR TUNERS?
#13
Most People Have No Idea What Kind Of Tuners Fit Their Guitars Because There Are So Many Different Types Its Really A Pain In The Ass To Figure Out
#14
Eh Looking At Some Diagrams And Googling Is Hard? People Just Need A Slap On The Back Of Their Head
#15
Yes they do. Most people want plug n play too. Like when I put locking tuners on my Squier - I knew I would need to drill and figured it was a good learning experience so long as I went slow and carefully and planned it all out.

I think we used up all our capital letters.
