So I've decided that I want - and... sorta need - a new acoustic guitar. Coincidentally, my dad tells me that if I learn a specific song, he'll buy me a new acoustic to "support ym talent", which I'm fine with.

Anyways, the deal turned out in such a way that I get to choose any guitar under 500, or like... above that, but that's all he's paying is 500 bucks. So I chose two Tanglewood guitars, which I am sorta at odds trying to choose between. So I thought I'd get a little input.

#1- TSF CE N Evolution series

#2- TW 145 SC Premier series

Thanks in advance!

Choose the second one you linked. It has a solid top meaning it will sound better than the other one.

I think I've decided that the Evolution series is an all-around better guitar for me.
First of all, I like the look of #1 more, and it doesn't have a pickguard; I find them ugly, and useless for me.

They both have the same EQ functions and a tuner built in, and #1 is also cheaper. #1 is just a better idea, I guess.

Ahh thanks though.
That's also a left-handed, ahaha.

My friend got an acoustic Tanglewood bass, and he's just learning.
When he finished learning it, him and I are gunna play Schism on the acoustics.
