Hmm. You need to work on timing. I recommend playing along to the actual track to see how Kirk plays it. Otherwise, it was note perfect.

good guitar sound but it was way to.. stiff. it had no feeling to it. other than that it was good

Sorry to be pedantic but if you're talking about the solo, I believe that James plays it.

I agree though, you do need to work on the timing.

Note perfect, but work on that vibrato!
Try to get the gain a bit lower, this will mute the noise a bit.
