I got the Digitech RP90 a couple months ago, and it worked wonderfully until today. I was just trying to go to a different preset, and I realized the Up-switch doesn't work at all. I have'nt dropped it, or stomped on it. It's inexplicable, so what do you think is wrong, and how can I fix it?
And on the seventh day, I said "Go to your room!"

the same thing happened to my buddy. He had the rp150. He had to wait six months to get that thing back from digitech.

They really arent user servicable like an old school stomp box. As its out of warranty its most likely disposable. Probably not even cost effective for digitech to fix em. Most likely a warranty repair they keep your broke 1 and send a different 1 back. You might send em an email and ask what it would cost for them to look at it. May not be to cost effective tho as a new 1 is 99$ and usual bench fee to look at something SS is 40$
