Is it a good idea to buy a visual sound Jekyll and Hyde pedal, so I can make my crate effectively a 3-channel by running it through the clean channel. I like to play blues, classic rock 80's metal, lots of stuff. If I get this pedal would it make it a more set up for me? Will I be able to get a good Paul Gilbert shred tone if I run it thru the clean channel and use the right side of it for distortion.
