i've been looking at 4x10s and want to buy one and today at a local music shop they had a used fender bass man 4x10 for $180 would any of you know how good they are and if i should get it

Well I've heard Fender bassmans are alright, and for $180 if it's in good nick, that's not bad. I'd say go for it.

I love the Fender bassman series personally. Seeing as a 4x10 is like what, $400? (I'm to lazy to check) I think that seems liek a great deal. Personal opinion matters most though on any piece of equipment, I would try b4 u buy?
Try adding more delay.

ok i think ill talk to em and see if i can bring my bass down there and play through it for awhile
