how hard is it to build a footswitch for an amp? i have a boss metal zone that i dont use at all and no one will buy, so i figured maybe i could rip the guts out of it and put in a footswitch.

depends on WHICH amp.

Some amps use a stereo jack to connect the footswitch
Others use a cinch-jones connector
Some amps require latching switches
Others require momentary contact.

good grief.

Stilleto isn't a model, it's a series.

is this a Stiletto Ace? a Stiletto Deuce? a Stiletto Trident?
if Deuce or Trident is it a Phase II?

I have no intention of looking up the requirements for each of these.
If you cba to post the model, I cba to bother at all.

good luck.

Postage to Australia isn't bad,it's only like $30,but not worth it for that pedal.
