This might sound like a stupid question. It kind of is really, but w/e. The tone knob, a push-pull, on my Cort came off and I just can't manage to put it back, it always falls off again. Tips?

Is the knob supposed to be held by a set-screw or is it held by splitting the shaft on the pot?

It's a splitting shaft as far as I can tell

Nonono. Don't do that. I learned the hard way not to do that.

Put the end of a flathead screwdriver in it, give it a quick peck with another driver or your hand, and put the knob back on. Should hold.

^yes, care not to break the shaft.

and this only if it's not the type of knob that locks on with a screw.
(hole would be on the side)

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.
