I'm in charge of mastering my band's demos and I need some help with the vocal track. I thought I had it down the other day but the guys said the vocal track was too dry. All I had on it was a little reverb. Now I decided to increase the reverb and throw on some delay but it still doesn't sound right. Does anyone have any advice on how I can fiddle with the settings?

The song's on my profile, it's called "Go Back" and here are the settings I used.

sounds like to much reverb and delay to me. use a little bit of compression and give it a tiny bit more high end. thats what i would do.

I thought it sounded fairly good already just lay back on the verb a bit. Maybe cut back on the room size.

maybe get a little high end, or something to make it crisper

Should I compress it before or after the reverb?

before. don't go crazy with it though (like the guy above said).
