I'm thinking about modding my SG standard. i want to get a more vintage sound through my blues jr. (might be getting AC15 soon)

the only good option that i see at this point is gibson's burstbucker #2, but the only issue i have with it (it's weird) that it looks exactly the same as my original 498T (nickel cover).

how are the gibson '57 classics?

any other brands that might be of interest?

the only pickup modification i'm familiar with is emgz lolz so i'm pretty much a noob when it comes to pickups.
It's all about feel
