My current band is basically this lineup.

Friend 1 (August) - Lead guitar, drums, vocals
Friend 2 (Jason) - Rhythm guitar, drums, bass, keyboard
Me - Bass, rhythm guitar, vocals

Those are the instruments that we can play, not what we are doing right now (because we change who plays what for different songs). Should we just stop looking for a drummer and try a 3 person band that alternates instruments?

Sounds interesting as long as it doesn't become a problem, why not

Yes. Power trios that switch around are sick as ****.
Only play what you hear. If you don’t hear anything, don’t play anything.

RUSH! Learn keyboards. Then you can be Geddy Lee.

To answer your question, just stay as is and flip positions as necessary.

Oh, right

I forgot that Jason also plays keyboard. I used to be really good at it, but I sort of lost interest in it.
