Hey guys

I've been mucking around with some recordings, trying to get a decent sound.

What do you think I could do to improve the quality?

every time I listen to a professional one it's no where near.

I'm using a mic straight into a PC.

I have a clip in my profile for you to hear

thanks

Decent quality, relatively short but its pretty good..i myself am usin a 50 cent webcam mic on all of my recordings.
however the recording sounds too "open" to me try taking a blanket or something and make almost like a little "cave" around the mic pointing to the audio source...that seems to work well for me. then just add a dash of reverb to the track and maybe adjust the EQ's a bit and it should sound better.
