Precisely a noob-eureka moment.

I was frustrated at not hearing my guitar at a practice, pushing the volume more only distorted the sound (in a bad way).

Then I checked the EQ on my effects processor, and alas!

The MID WAS SCOOPED.

Don't feel bad, I've been caught by the standby switch so many times. I'm so used to playing SS amps that I often forget. Hopefully that'll change when I get my new amp, lol
