Hey UG,

I need to choose a chorus pedal and i have narrowed my options now to 3:

-Line 6 Chorus Pedal

-VooDoo Lab Chorus-Which i believe is a copy of the CE-1.

-CE-20-This looks very versatile.

They Are all in my budget,i play vintage rock, punk, funk,RHCP,RATM.

What would be best?

Thanks UG

Digital chorus = Fail

Out of those I would defenitly go for the voodoo lab

What about the EHX Nano Clone? I was going to get that... it's cheap and does what I need it to...

My friend had the CE-20 and I don't think he liked it much. But then again, I never got to try it through my amp, maybe it would be good...

I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

cool, thanks. to be honest, with £150 you have an absolute ton of options.

if you want to save a bit of cash, the tonerider one is very nice. supposedly it's a CE2 clone (or very close, anyway).

If you are willing to spend the £150, the voodoo labs one is nice, but you'd want to check out the analogue choruses from pretty much every boutique manufacturer which is available in the UK, as odds are most will be around that kind of money. if you can get to denmark street (it sucks, but its pedal selection is really good, just don't trust what they tell you about prices! check the real prices later on the internet), vintage and rare and a couple of the other shops have great pedal selections, or get to one of the other big, more boutique UK guitar shops, and just basically try everything they have.

The ce20 is just the ce5 with more crappy features. I have a ce5 but I don't use chorus much but I can nail the metallica nothing else matters tone. It's sounds good but I tho k I could have done better. I like mine though.
