Primus Sucks!

one of the greatest bands ever, and Les is a clucking genius. Though I have to say Larry LaLonde is an underrated master of his instrument as well

Have you heard of Colonel Claypool's Bucket Of Bernie Brains? It's Les Claypool on bass, Buckethead on guitar, Brain Mantia on drums, and Bernie Worrel on keys. Oh God.

Tim Alexander is more important to Primus' sound than Les. No question. What would "Spagetthi Western" be without Tim's amazing drumming? NOTHING. No but seriously, despite the fact that Tim is my favorite member Larry and Les tear it up as well.

Primus sucks .

Now that i think about it, there isn't really one point in any of Primus' songs where les claypool isn't the focal point of the band. But yeah, the rest of the band definately needs credit to. they are both great as well.

John The Fisherman is a bit more of a guitar heavy song...and Coattails Of A Deadman is really keys, drums, and him singing

Probably John the Fisherman. I a bit ashamed by the fact but Guitar Hero is how I discovered them =P

I don't mind when people discover great bands through it, I just hate when people accuse me of doing so

I proudly knew all the bands in all the GHs and RBs including bonus tracks!

Do they ever tour? Or are they another one of those bands that like rarely tour?

I've been listening to Southbound Pachyderm lately. I also dearly love the Frizzle Fry album.

Every time I listen to Primus I want to go buy a big brown beaver and then go racecar driving in the mud. The entire band is genius!

Primus sucks!

I think they do every once in a while, but Les and Brain are both very involved in their side and solo projects

Yeah, I guess Primus has just become another one of their projects to them.
