Title pretty much sums it all. Specs i am looking for are

Single cut away preferable, but i do love some v's and explorers
Ebony Fretboard
Thin neck, think gibson 60's
passive pickups preferable
scale length or number of frets doesnt really matter

Lets here some ideas

Jackson Mark Morton Dominion
Mesa Dual Rect 2 Channel

Try the new Jackson KV5 or whatever it's called. It's a Japanese King V, set neck, Floyd, Seymour Duncs, I think it's under a grand.

Do you want a brand new guitar, or are you willing to go used?
Gear:
Dean MS STD V w/ Dimebucker
Dean ML '79
Jackson DKMGT
Randall RG75
Peavey Bandit 112
Boss NS-2

Uh... ESP LTD Deluxe EC-1000 in amber sunburst?

+1 to the ec-1000, I played the see thru green today, action was a little high but it played amazingly, If you don't like the abalone look for an ec-401. I myself got distracted by the abalone but it looks sexy IMO

Epiphone Les Paul Black Beauty (Might have an issue with the neck here)
Ibanez RGR421EXFM

The Ibanez is really cheap and seems to suit your needs so with that I'd spend the rest on an arsenal of pedals.

Only time Ive seen a true single coil in a chrome humbucker housing was chinese knock off where they claimed it was a humbucker but half the housing was empty.

what about an amp? because if I'm reading your sig correctly, you already have a nice guitar, but no working amp

this is absolutely, 100% correct.
For example, Dave Mustaine has a signature coffee mix.

Jackson RR5 might be what you're looking for. Though I'm not too sure on the fretboard.

Used Gibson Les Paul Studio and still have cash to boot? If you don't like the pickups, Throw some EMG's in and you have a very ncie rig with that Dual Rect
