Why not read the description and look at the picture?

And I strongly suggest buying a proper amp rather than wasting your money on overpriced signature gear you don't need.

it is, but i wouldn't buy that guitar. heard some pretty bad stuff about them deans there.

the discription says it has Floyd rose lic. trem but nothing about double locking
or is a floyd always double locking

It's very easy to tell with the picture. You can see the string locks at the bridge, and the nut lock near the headstock. Therefore it is very obviously double-locking.
