My Dunlop Crybaby isn't working too good. When its on its fine and all but when I turn it off, it just makes my amp quieter and I can still hear the wah.

Sounds like a bad switch. I'm sure if it's a new pedal you could hassle-free ship it to Dunlop and they'll fix you up with a new switch for free.

Yes I'm sure its off, pressed the switch a bit harder than I usually do to turn it off and same thing happened.

I'd really prefer not to ship it because I can't be assed to do this kinda thing, but I guess I"ll do it if I have to.

I changed the battery when I noticed the crappy tone and it persisted.
