I recently bought a Jekyll and Hyde OD/Dist Pedal.
It was working fine yesterday and this morning/afternoon.
When I get back in the evening, I plug it in and start.
The Jekyll(OD) works fine. then when I try the Hyde(distortion) there is no output sound.
And when both are switched on nothing happens.

This is only 2 days old.
Can anyone help me.

Thanks in Advanced.

So anytime the distortion channel is active, the pedal outputs no sound? My guess, there is a blown capacitor on the distortion side. It is also possible that a wire came loose on the switch (not likely, although I F-ing hate Visual Sound switches). Most likely its an electronic issue, and you'll have to send it back to the factory or simply return it to the vendor. At two days old...it shouldn't be your problem to get it fixed.

And would anyone know how to contact Visual Sounds? Can't seem to find an email address.

I would hate to have to go through the trouble of shipping it back.

Would I be able to perhaps open it up and DIY.
The thing is that it was working fine earlier today.
