I'm a bit of a newb to sweeping and arpeggios, so i took just a couple chords, broke them down and made this exercise that seems to be helping both hands get used to sweeping, tell me what you think:

1--------5-5--------9-9--------l
--2----3----6-----7----10------l
---3-5--------7-9--------11---l

it goes to the highest fret, but I think you get the idea.

The idea is you practice shifting fingers quickly and getting a smooth up-and-down motion necessary to sweep.

Thoughts?

I think it would be more complete if you include at least 1 barre type of sweep.
