I'm a lazy bastard and therefore myself hate reading long threads, so I'll be swift.

For recording vocals and guitar,

Used Shure SM57

Or this Nady dynamic mic that includes a free set of studio headphones?

For recording I would get a condencer mic. Shure makes a new one like the 57 but condencer, i forget the model number.

For vocals i'd say go for the condenser, the dynamic will probably sound muffled as it will struggle to pick up the high frequencies. Just make sure that the condenser you get has sufficient sound pressure level tolerance otherwise you could break it. But sm57 will be fine
