I bought it, and I knew I would try the songs I listed. I'm trying to do Tom Morello songs and I don't know many other ones with the whammy pedal being utilized...So I was asking for other songs with it used in it.

LOL That picture is epic...

Yes, the whammy pedal is easy enough to use, right out of the box you can start messing with it. Only issue I have is that it the pedal doesn't like to go all the way back to the starting position, so you sometimes don't get back to the starting pitch. Other than that it's worth it. I got it for $170 with free shipping on Ebay,

Even if the majority of their other songs suck, Valley Of The Damned is a rather good song.

IF you want faster stumming then loosen your strings, that will force you into using more strength

You just need to calibrate it. Unplug all cords, hold the on/off switch down while plugging the ac adapter back in, have the rocker at a comfortable low position (don't push it all the way down!) and then rock it forward to its max, and bring it back down to the position you had it at the start.

Note that if you push it down too hard at the beginning, your starting pitch will be at that level, so you'll have to push down on the pedal to get that starting pitch again when it's on.

I hope that made sense...
Oh no he just divided by zero again...*gets sucked into vortex*

Also for anyone who has it, do you have the problem where when you put it back to the normal position, it doesn't like to get back into the regular tuning?

i'd say write your own stuff. it's an unique pedal, and only became so revered because people like morello and matt belamy used it in such unique ways. don't just copy them. make the pedal your own.
#25
I also got a whammy, I love it

have fun with it

There is no on/off switch. Not on the older version anyways.
I seem to have the same problem. I'll try this, if I can find the on/off button.

The On/Off switch he is referring to is the effect on/off one, the big chrome one to the left of the pedal. Hold it down while plugging in the A/C adapter.
