I'm looking for a decent copy of a gibson explorer, in white a la James Hetfield, Joel O'Keef, for around £200.
Any suggestions?

Have a look around some pawn shops, second hand etc. You'd be far better off looking for a real second hand one than a crappy copy.

It is possible to find stuff like this for cheap. Just keep a good eye out for them

I don't know if you are willing to save, but the ESP explorers are amazing, and I believe they are about 400 euros. Hammer also makes a very good explorer. Don't go with the epiphone, other then the prophecy, I hear they are major rip offs.
