So I want to play some live gigs at places like restaurants doing light rock-blues fusion improv mainly. However, I am new to playing live like this, what is the best way to gewt a solid variety of legit backing tracks behind me to solo over live? I have already been told a looping station, but that doesn't usually have full band tracks built in it, does it?
Just get a programmable drum machine, if you plan on doing this more often.

In my world, the color RED doesn't exist.

The system has encountered a fatal error [1809]: 'YourOpinion' var has no set value.
Download all those multitrack master tapes some clever guy has ripped from Rock Band.

Then take the lead guitar tracks off the ones you like, burn a CD and you'll be playing over the original song...
