Everytime i play a riff or solo, all these extra strings ring out and when i release a finger from a fret the string plays like a pull off and its really annoying !!! how can I play to keep these extra or unwanted strings to play?

Slow down.

Play as slowly as you have to so that you CAN play cleanly and work on perfecting those movements to enable you to perform them accurately at higher speeds.

Your problem is that you're trying to play faster than you're able, and if you persist in trying to play to fast the problem will never go away.
