Hello everyone,

i have a 07 schecter hellraiser c-1 fr with the EMG81,85 pickup combo, but i want to change the pickups to Duncan AHB-1,2 combo but i want a new volume push/pull pot so i can use the gain boost function on the AHB-2 without having to take the pickup out and having to take out or put in the little jumper in to use it.

will any 25k push pull pot work in the schecter or will i need a short or a long shaft pot.

any input is greatly appreciated. thanks a lot.

That gives you rank of -10 out of 10. You fail. Go play the flute.

well, you could measure your current pots height of the thread. then go off of that. or find a way to measure inside the hole where you took the pot out of... but the latter would be much more difficult

I'd say long shaft. Short shaft (from what I've seen) are for pickguards. Like strats and some Ibanezes. I can't imagine the top of the hellraisers being too thin.
