Ever use an instrument cable to connect a head to a cab!

The instrument cable can't take the load of the amp and will harm your amp.

They make speaker cables for a reason

It's no coincidence they call them instrument and speaker cables.

Just a thought.

When you buy a new head, do they give the cable with it?

Sometimes they come with a cable most of the time they dont. But yea TS you really need a speaker cable in this case. Instrument cable might work for a little while but 1 day you will want to crank it then there is likely to be smoke and then silence.
