I was looking at the Laney AOR range and I cant seem to find a website depicting the differances between each amp;

i.e
Differances in pots and controls between amp wattages (30, 50 , 100)
Actual differances between AOR, Pro tube, Series II

Is it something to do with differing names for realse date?
Which amps are master volume, dual/single channel etc

Im confused

the 30 has 6v6s and the 50/100 have el34s

the 30 lacks a standby and has the power button in the back, whereas the 50/100 has a standby and both switches on the front

the series II amps are the only dual channel aors

also, i dont think you can get a 30 with the 8 knob front panel.

they also made a 20 watt version of the aor

thats about as much as i can tell you. you might want to check out the laney posse. there should and will be more info there if you look for it

all in all though for a cheap amp, the aor is fantastic and a half. think marshall jcm800 but with a hint of jtm thrown in

get a cheap marshall... my MG15DFX has a button that simulates the sound of one of the expensive tube marshall amps.
