E# Maj 7
B maj 7
F#7

F# major. You can derive modes from it, if you wanna go minor go to the sixth degree of F# Major scale.

B major.

The E# chord might prove a bit challenging but the rest of the progression would fit into B major.

How do you figure that?

^+1, the only chord that won't fit into that B major scale would be that E#(or F) major chord. Thats the only chord you would have a problem with playing B major over that progression. I think, knowing me i've missed something though, I always do, lol =D

But yeah, for me B major would be the way to go on that one, but i'd have to make up some chordal melody a la Jimi Hendrix over that E#(F)major chord.
