Hey guys, just want your opinion on this.

I've got a Yamaha SA503TVL hollowbody guitar, and the pickups seriously get in the way of playing (I guess I must strum hard ;]). I'm thinking of lowering them, anything should be aware of? I haven't changed the positions on any guitars before so I don't wanna **** up my most valuable guitar by doing something stupid.

Thanks in advance.

Just don't lower them too much or they may fall into the body. I had the same problem when I started playing but I got around it so you may not even have to change anything.

it's easy and almost risk free
I did it with my yamaha pacifica because they were too high
now it's really comfortable

It's a pinch harmonic, dude.
