Thinking of getting a set, but the information isn't clear - do they come with a toggle switch or not? Currently have a Squier Strat (custom neck/bridge I installed previously) with a passive setup and 5 way selector switch, and want to change it to a 81/85X setup with toggle, 1 x master volume and 1 x master tone.

Will I have to buy the toggle separate?

Additionally - it's a solderless install system - does this include attachments to the toggle switch or will they actually have to be soldered.

Cheers.

What does the X do different? It just says 'more organic, more headroom'. So it's basically like an 18v mod? Or is it a replica of some Blackouts?

EDIT: You don't get a selector switch. You gotta buy one.

Not entirely sure about the difference, honestly not all that bothered - doubt my ears could pick it up anyway. Just want some actives and to re-do my guitar. I moded it with some old Ibanez V7/V8's but made a cack-handed job of the wiring.
