Hi

I'm interested in getting some new single coil pickups for my Fender classic player 50's pickups.

The current pickups are Fender 57/62's.

I think sound a bit too trebly and thin, and they lack sparkle.

I'm looking for normal single coils, not noiseless.

My budget is £135.

Overall, I want a good Strat tone, but something that is also suitable for some High gain stuff.

I am currently considering Bare Knuckle Mother's Milk pickups. I am in th UK.

Can you recommend me any good single coil pickups?
Thanks.

You're sure it's the pickups? What amp do you use? From what I've heard 57/62 should be great, but if you're after high gain then that's another story of course.

If you're confident it isn't the amp then I agree with www.rockmonkeyguitars.co.uk
