I was polishing my ES-335 today, and when I got to polish the neck pickup, it wobled back and forth slightly. Is something lose, or is this normal?

i have a very wobbly bridge pickup which pretty much bounces outwards towards the string, really annoying when my hand happens to touch one of the loose screws towards the side and the pickup gets pushed out if i lean forward. dont want to hijack the thread but would there be anyway to keep it in place? the screws wont screw in :/

As long as it doesnt shift while you are playing/moving around on stage it shouldnt be a problem.
