Can someone explain what exactly one is/ is for?
( im used to built-in effects on my amp)
Ive seen some photos where its just a platform and nothing else, where the pedals are choked by all the wires connecting them. But I also see some boards where the pedals arent plugged into anything, and somehow just a cord goes into the sides of the board. Just can someone explain them please.

You're not truly playing guitar unless you know theory.

a pedal board is a board on which you keep your effects pedals.

some have a on board power supply, some don't.
you can make your own for cheap, or buy one from the store for more.
