So ive recently got really interested improvising solos and stuff. After using it for so long the pentatonic gets pretty boring. So if anyone could suggest a good scale it'd be nice, please post a link too. And if it matters my favorite band is red hot chili peppers.

I know this sounds nooby but what should I put for the chord in all chords?

Are you talking about the website I recommended? And I'm not sure what you mean

Try going to "Scales to Chords" then select a Scale and Key then use the chords on the right to build a progression and the scale you chose to solo over them

I really hate that website.

Type in google "Guitar scales" and you'll find a million of them.
I recommend the blues scale (because of how it sounds) and...
Ionian, Phrygian, Dorian, Locrian, Aolian, Mixolydian and Lydian.

And whatever other penatonic scales you can find. I'd also learn 5 chord scales. They help for writing songs.
