Did you hear about the cockney Godfather?

He made them an offer they couldn't understand.

I was kidding about Steve. But after a few youtube videos I must concede that he's quite impressive.

But yeah, Matt Bellamy, Billy Corgan, and I've been listening to a lot of Buckethead lately.

Myles Kennedy and Mark Tremonti are the reasons I decided to pick up guitar.

Right now it's Kim Thayil, Kevin Shields and Robert Fripp.

Is that a ukulele in your pants, or did you just rip ass to the tune of "Aloha Oi"?

I met Sonic Youth on June 30th, and Mars Volta on Oct 20th.

A number of different guitarists to varying degrees.

A mixture of:

Erik Schenkman
Kurt Cobain
Buzz Osbourne
Thurston Moore/Lee Ranaldo

My bass playing is a mixture of

Les Claypool
Kevin Rutamis
and the guitarists above.

Ive been influenced by a fair number of excellent guitarists, like Randy Rhoads, Joe Satriani, Yngwie Malmsteen, James Hetfield even, and they all have different styles of playing.

Daniel Johns from Silverchair. When I first heard Silverchair I was blown away by the youth and the kid could play at 15. Thats the main reason why I play guitar to this day. Other influences are.

Mark Tremonti
Neal Schon
Alan Collins
Zakk Wylde
Rich Ward
James Hetfield
Jorn Viggo Lofstad
Nils Norberg
David Gilmour

the list goes on
