I think he means the guitar is wood but with paper mache on. I read cover as like a sleeve, so the answer would be no.

Unless I misunderstand your phost. Paper mache wouldn't be anywhere near strong enough to be used as a guitar material.

sorry had to eat dinner lol! ermmm in answer to your questons its sanded down and has 5 layers of paper machey on so id say about %40 of the body is paper, after the laqure drys it works as a good matirial and is very light
