Are there songs out there that are above your skill level and you wish you could play them. Have you ever attempted to play them and failed?

Mines would be Paradise City. I attempted to play it and within 5 minutes of trying i knew i couldnt. I wish I could though, I love the solo in the song.

Afterlife by avenged sevenfold.. I can get the intro.. i have trouble with the main riff.. then the solo i just will never be able to get for a few years.. same with anything by dying fetus

Covered in rain by John Mayer.

Its not that hard of a song, just with as much soul and emotion he puts into it.

I feel bad looking at porn simply because of the ol' story that a lot of those girls were molested as children, But I've never heard of midgets being molested, so it doesn't matter to me anymore, as that's the only kind of porn I watch.

I believe There is no such thing as "Cant do" or "Cant play" when it comes to guitar...You can play anything as long as you practise and your heart is in it.

I have a better chance of being able to play all 24 minutes of Octavarium by Dream Theater than the intro to This War Is Ours by Escape The Fate. The low fret sweeps D:

I'd have to say most dream theater is almost impossible without tons upon tons of work.
For me? I'd say most things because I just started to get serious about playing.

Sir Psycho Sexy- Red Hot Chili Peppers, I could never get John's Wah tone, All the tabs for it suck, and it just hard.

x2 on Holy Wars

I just started 3 months ago so basically every song falls into this category.
Still can't play the second half of the solo for Symphony of Destruction, first song I learned and I haven't even finished it.
#32
I wanna say Scarified by Racer X, I can play it, just not cleanly.
But probably Waves by Guthrie Govan, I don't think anyone can play any more than the first minute of that song but Guthrie himself.

Tunes. Prince is too underrated.

And, I know it sounds weird, but one thing I've never been able to get properly is the intro to Johnny B Goode

I won my schools talent contest because of my lead guitar skills, and I still can't get that!
