This is totally biased, I know, but I think the best distortion pedal to use with a tube amp is the Jekyll & Hyde overdrive/distortion pedal. I haven't heard a better sounding, more versatile pedal. Mayhem sounded pretty good too. Is there a better one? I'm talkin about raw distortion.
