Hi all,

Im new to guitar playing. Well Ive been playing acoustic and im a self-taught player. Things going quite well. Anyways, I want an electric guitar now!

-I want to play:
Rock,Pop,Blues and slow clear song.. so not the heavy stuff, maybe sometimes metellica but not as my main playing style

I like: Jimi Hendrix, BB king, Stevie Ray Vaughn and many more...

I also need an amp, 20 Watt wil do the trick for me.

I ve been to a guitar shop and they ve been trying to sell me a Stagg S300 and a 20watt amp for 170 euros. Is this a nice guitar? I dont want to spend more than 250 euros on my guitar + amp. Not a lot of money, I know but its just for the fun of guitar playing. I only want to play those songs( or atleast try) which I love and I d like to develop my playing.

I hope someone can help me out.. There s just to much of the stuff , cant sort it out..
I only know that a strat will probably be my cup of tea..

PLEASE ADVISE ME!

Stagg Is crap...

Buy a Squire Instead With a Fender Frontman 15 or something..
Fender amps are usally Designed for the types of music you mentioned

Hmm I think it depends on the amp which is deliverd with the pack..
But any fender FM is in anyway better than stagg..

With given budget, you're not going to do much better...

Can't get a guitar AND a "real" blues amp for $360 US dollors.
Sorry, not gonna happen..

Don't even thinkg about saying Fender FrontMan....

2001 Ernie Ball Music Man Axis Super Sport
2001 MIM Standard Strat
Peavey Classic 30 112 Combo.
