But i cant theyll be forver in my head

It is a good start but it almost sounds like you are trying to hard to rhyme.

Whenever I run out of tissues, I get worried that I'll be caught hopping through the hallway with my pants around my knees, a dying erection, and a fist full of semen.

i know this is a terrible nitpick but it might be a good one,
you seem to be focusing on what was SAID so it would be 'semantic memory' not photographic. although you could be using it to mean in the way that photographic memory is exact. either way have a play around with the word 'semantic.'
