I recently started doing an arrangement of "Victor's Piano Solo" by Danny Elfman onto a guitar and i decided to change the tuning from standard Eadgbe to C#G#C#EAC#

any idea what that tuning is called?

All those notes belong to a C#m chord apart from the 'A' which is the minor 6th
