Hi there.

I recently bought a Mister Crybaby combined volume and wah pedal. I have only had it for about a day and noticed that it was making a very loud crackling noise when on volume mode and in the back position. I tried to clean out the pot with some cleaner but the problem remains.

Any idea what I could do to fix this or should I just return it?
The very existence of flamethrowers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, "You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

If your pedal is faulty straight out of the box, or with little use, you should return it straight away and swap it for a new one.
