I read on a signature crybaby once that it was 18 volt... so could you convert a regular Crybaby to use 18 volts and be safe? They said they did it to add head room, so I assume same idea as the EMG 18 volt mod. So any of you electronics gurus know if it would be safe? If so I want to do it to my crybaby, think it would be neat. Thanks guys. And FYI I couldn;t find this in the crybaby/wah thread

Since we already have this thread, you will have to change the 220u capacitor to something with a higher voltage rating. Its only rated at 16v from what i've sene. Other than that it is possible.
